Twitter, OAuth, Contests and More

So it has been a little while since I talked about anything website related, so I figured I would take this chance to do so and fill you in on some changes that have happened around here - along with some things that are in the works!
First and foremost, we have launched our new and improved Media section. To start with, this section will be supplying you with podcasts and webinars that are presented by ANX. It will be expanded in the future to accomodate related downloads (such as slides/powerpoints and the likes). There are also RSS feeds associated with these either as a combination, just webinars or just podcasts.

Changes are Brewing

Things may have seemed quiet around here lately, but things could not be further from the truth!
 
We have been working tirelessly on a whole new look and feel for anx.com. We feel that this new look will help us communicate our message and in general create a more pleasing experience for our users. I am not going to give away any of the surprises, but check back routinely for updates!
 
The site will be rich in content and Web 2.0 functionality. We are really happy with the product we have built thus far, and we hope that you will be too! We will announce an official launch date in the coming weeks.

Website Security and Page Speed

More changes are abound!

I received a couple of comments over the weeks since the new site launched, primarily targeted at our web security practices. First and foremost, our management of user account information; with login process at a close second.
 
As a security company, we consider our website to serve as a representation of what we are, and the fact that anyone had to question these was really an eye opener. The first concern was ‘how do we manage our user account information?’ All user data is stored in a secure database within our datacenter.
