If you have encountered a bug in one of our products. Please report it and help us continue to deliver you a strong product. We can't guarantee a response but each report will be forwarded to an engineer. Maintainence subscribers should directly contact our support at 248-498-1000 M-F, 8am-5pm EST.

Things that we like to see in bug reports:

• OS version (ie. Windows 98, 2000, XP)
• Is the error machine specific or organization wide?
• A process that leads up to the error if the error is reproducible.
• Additional contact information.
